We are the first Slovenian company, which is using DIMA HC-200 selective conformal coating system!

Company Strip's d.o.o. is the first Slovenian company which is using DIMA selective conformal coating system DIMA HC-200 – the most advanced selective conformal coating system. Because of its unique features: axes – X, Y, Z, rotation and tilt is capable of extreme flexibility. The result is shorter production time, greater accuracy and the same amount and thickness of coating material on PCBs. It is possible to attach 4 different instruments on the head which is a great advantage in flexibility. Another great feature of the system is off line programming – it is possible to make a new program without production disturbing.

The purchase of system DIMA HC-200 was made in cooperation with Slovenian representative for DIMA, company Proes d.o.o. from Ljubljana (http://www.proes.si), which is also representative for other equipment in electronic assembly, for packaging solutions and for other consumable material. Proes d.o.o. was very helpful in our decisions because they explained the advantages of DIMA machines comparing to  similar machines of other  manufacturers. They also arranged a two day training in DIMA headquarters in Holland where we were fully explained about the characteristics of the system DIMA HC-200.
