New pressure sensor VIP will be presented on IVIS 2017

Strip’s is participating on the 13th International Vacuum Insulation Symposium (IVIS 2017) and unveiling Stripres® new innovative pressure sensor for vacuum insulation panels.
The 13th International Vacuum Insulation Symposium (IVIS 2017) will be held in Paris, France from September 20th to 21st, 2017.

Organized by CSTB (Centre Scientifique et Technique du Bâtiment), the French Building Research Institute, this two-day event will foster dialog among scientists, academics and professionals from all around the world who are related to research, development and production of super insulating materials (SIM), and will promote cooperation between manufacturers and researchers.

During IVIS, Strip’s will be unveiling an innovative, new sensor solution for pressure measurement in vacuum insulation panels (VIP), which will become available under a newly created brand name Stripres®. It’s unique, patented design enables it to efficiently provide accurate pressure measurements throughout the VIP lifetime.
